What are the production and delivery estimates?
Once your artwork is approved and payment is made, production times vary by product. Flags and table covers typically take 1–3 days to produce, while canopy tents take 2–5 days. Inflatable products require 10–12 days for production. Once the items are ready, delivery usually takes 2–3 days to reach you. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific timelines!

What are the shipping costs?
To calculate shipping costs, follow these steps: Add the items you're interested in purchasing to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your Delivery information, and then choose the best shipping method for your order.

Where is my tracking?
You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the carrier responsible for delivering your order.

What is the process and timeline for custom product orders?
For custom product orders, the fulfillment process includes three key stages: Design, Production, and Shipping. After your design is approved, production may take up to two weeks, depending on the item.
Once ready, the product moves to shipping. Please keep this timeline in mind when ordering. If your custom product hasn’t shipped yet, it’s likely still in production.
Additionally, if your order contains out-of-stock items, we will notify you promptly regarding any delays and the inability to ship those items immediately.

I haven't got any update of my order, what should I do?
If more than 24 hours have passed without any updates or prior information regarding your order, please contact us for assistance.

What are the artwork instructions?
Please specify any special positioning requirements for your design. If working in Illustrator, convert all fonts to outlines, and if using Photoshop, rasterize all fonts. Only submit files necessary for output. Art must be provided in our designated templates, available on each product's page. Ensure the file color mode is CMYK, and embed all images in Illustrator files. Please note, color complaints will not be accepted unless all color-matching guidelines are followed due to variations in output devices.

Artwork process ?
To avoid delays, please submit artwork the same day you place your order using the option available on each product's page. Once received, we’ll review the file within 24 hours to ensure it meets printing requirements. If any issues arise, your representative will contact you. You may choose to make corrections or have us handle them if possible. Once approved, we'll send a proof for your final approval. Production begins only after the proof is approved, and shipping time starts once production is completed.
